Your Life In Germany Starts With Us

We’re Adi & Iris — two Germans in Berlin with deep expertise in German immigration and employment. We’ll find the right visa and job path for you so that you can build your dream career in Germany.

Who We Are

A woman with curly hair and glasses smiling outdoors, leaning against a concrete railing, with buildings in the background.

My name is Adi,

and I was born and raised in a small town by the ocean in north-western Germany. I studied at Cambridge & Harvard before spending years in consulting and startups in Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya. I emerged with deep appreciation for the exceptional talent and drive across the continent.

Back in Germany I’ve held executive positions in tech — including at Zalando and Blinkist — consistently hiring international talent and seeing how complex the German visa journey can be and what it takes to succeed in getting people here.

Over that decade, I’ve supported countless individuals with their immigration processes, student visas, nanny/Aupair visas, Ausbildungsvisas, skilled worker visas, opportunity card visas and family reunion visas. So far, the rate of success is 100%.

Today, I combine my German roots & knowledge of the German labor market and immigration system to help people build long-term careers in Germany.

I live in Berlin with my husband and three wild daughters.

My name is Iris,

Hi, I am Iris!  I grew up on a farm in the mountains and forests of southern Germany and I live in Berlin today. I studied at Oxford and Harvard and spent years working in economics and with NGOs in countries like India, Bangladesh and Rwanda, which shaped my commitment to practical, high-impact solutions.

After moving to Berlin, I founded share (www.share.eu), a social impact food and drinks company. We grew it to over 100 employees and delivered more than 250 million donated products. Building an international team and navigating German regulations showed me both how much global this country needs — and how unnecessarily difficult the immigration journey can be.

Over the years, I’ve helped people from various places with visa applications, Blue Cards and family-related cases. I supported all of them personally, long before doing this professionally.

I live in central Berlin with my husband and my two-year old son - who loves to create chaos and makes us laugh until we cry.

What We Do

Individualised support
We don’t give generic guides. We analyse your profile and tell you exactly what’s possible for you.

Simple, accessible language
No legal jargon. No confusing forms. Just clear steps you can follow with confidence.

Fair & transparent pricing
You always know what you’re paying for — and why. No hidden fees, no surprises. Starting from only €10.

Support for the whole journey
While we can’t guarantee a job, we help you prepare for success.
We understand which industries hire from abroad, what German employers look for, and how to make your applications stand out.

How We’re Different

What Others Do

  • Government agencies:
Provide tons of information but in complex legal language that doesn’t tell you what you should actually do.

  • Legal visa consultancies:
Expensive (costing on average €3500), focused narrowly on paperwork, and usually offer no help with job search.

  • Non-legal advisories:
Charge high fees averaging €1700 and still don’t support you with understanding the labour market.

  • Local visa “agents”:
Often lack knowledge about the German job market and cannot effectively contact German authorities. Often charge exorbitant sums.

  • Scammers & middlemen:
Overpromise, overcharge, and often leave people worse off — with no visa and no job and sometimes in dangerous and illegal occupations.

We guide your journey to working in Germany from idea to setting foot in the country.

We take time to understand your exact situation:
• your education and high school certificate
• your work experience
• your income and financial situation
• your German or English language level
• whether you already know someone in Germany
• and, most importantly, your career goals and passions

Based on this, we review every visa pathway available to you and then determine what might be your best fit. We then translate this into an individualized action plan with simple, actionable steps.
Where needed, we call the relevant authorities to confirm requirements or help with degree recognition and paperwork — so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

We make no promises we cannot keep. That means, we do not promise you to get you a job. Instead we can support you in getting the one that you want.

What We Do? We Focus on You!

Germany is facing the biggest skilled-labour shortage in its history. With families having less than 1.4 kids on average, the country needs to welcome around 300,000 skilled workers every year for decades to remain a global economic powerhouse.

At the same time, there are millions of highly educated, ambitious young people around the world who struggle to find stable jobs and long-term career opportunities!

We believe that what’s holding them back isn’t a lack of talent or lack of funds — it’s simply the lack of access to clear, trustworthy, personalised information about how to get to and navigate the German system.

Why We Want To Support You?

Why Germany?!

  • White brick wall with the word 'Welcome.' printed in black letters.

    Top life quality globally

Germany has globally a top spot when it comes to being able to afford a good life. Good public services and safety put it ahead of the US and UK in many comparisons!

  • Modern office space with large windows, a tall potted plant, a laptop on a high table, and white chairs.

Earn up to 10x what you make currently

Experts estimate that ~400,000 skilled workers per year are needed. Germany urgently needs more workers.

  • Group of diverse graduates in black caps and gowns celebrating outside a university building.

New visa freedom for foreign graduates: no German & no job needed.

Graduates from universities or vocational schools can now enter Germany without having a job offer or even knowing German — giving them time to look for work.

  • A female healthcare worker in a blue uniform giving an injection to a male patient, both wearing face masks in a medical setting.

Earn while you learn: Ausbildung in Germany.

Unlike in many countries, vocational training in Germany comes with a salary. Trainees typically earn €700–1,300/month depending on the field.

  • Silhouettes of children playing and walking along a hilltop during sunset, with a colorful purple and orange sky in the background.

    Germany supports families with children

No matter your citizenship, if you have children in Germany, schooling is free and you’ll receive €250 / child per month until the child turns 18 years

  • A large euro symbol sculpture with orange stars in front of modern skyscrapers in a cityscape.

    Top Global Economy

Germany continues to be the 3rd largest economy in the world.

Of top economies it’s the only one that offers perks like free tertiary education, universal healthcare and the most protective workers rights

  • Germany has more welcoming immigration laws than most English-speaking countries

Thanks to recent reforms, Germany offers one of the most modern immigration systems in Europe, making it easier than ever to move for work and study.
