MiGreat Germany provides online career advisory services to international skilled workers exploring career opportunities in Germany. Our services are delivered digitally via app.migreat-germany.com and include:

• Pathfinder — a one-off career pathway assessment
• Full Immigration Companion — a comprehensive one-off career advisory package

All services are for personal use only and intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Users under 18 may only purchase with explicit parental or guardian consent.

3. How Our Services Work

Upon purchase, you will be invited to share information about your background, qualifications, and goals via our platform. Based on this information, MiGreat Germany will provide personalised advisory output, delivered via app.migreat-germany.com. You may access, screenshot, or save this output for personal use.

Our advisory services involve human review supported by AI tools (including Claude by Anthropic). Final outputs reflect the professional judgment of MiGreat Germany.

4. No Recording

Interactions on our platform are conducted asynchronously via chat. We do not record voice or video conversations.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed at the point of purchase in the applicable local currency. Payment is processed via third-party payment providers (currently Korapay and Eximpe). By completing a purchase you are redirected to their respective checkout pages and subject to their payment terms. MiGreat Germany does not directly handle or store your payment data.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

MiGreat Germany provides advisory services based on information supplied by the customer. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to visa approval, job placement, or recognition of qualifications. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on migreat-germany.com and app.migreat-germany.com, including advisory outputs, is the intellectual property of MiGreat Germany. You may save and use outputs for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without our prior written consent.

MiGreat Germany processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable German and EU data protection law (GDPR). We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Vercel — website hosting and analytics (Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-assisted advisory output (Privacy Policy)
• Korapay — payment processing for international customers (Privacy Policy)
• Eximpe — payment processing for Indian customers (Privacy Policy)

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
